Unless otherwise indicated, Forum physical workshops ('workshops'), summits, conferences and electronic workshops ('webinars') are funded from subscriptions. A fee may be chargeable for special events such as conferences, educational seminars, training and master classes. All these activities including workshops and webinars shall be referred to as 'Events'.
Where the Event is an Event funded from subscriptions and attended by a nominee of a Subscriber, a cancellation fee of £100 for workshops, summits and conferences and £50 for a webinar is charged to those who do not provide the Service with at least 5 working days prior notice of non-attendance in respect of a workshop and 2 working days in respect of a webinar. These cancellation fees shall apply for non-attendance where the booking is made within the 5 or 2 day notice periods as appropriate.
Where the Event is a special event for which a fee is payable for attendance by members, the following shall apply:

*An Eligible Guest is any IT professional representing a large to medium sized IT user organisation which would be eligible to join The Corporate IT Forum. IT vendor organisations and IT consultants are specifically excluded from membership of The Corporate IT Forum.
