In July 2009 The Forum launched a Reality Checker to survey members' process maturity, against the ITIL frameworks v2 and v3. We found 65% of members had v2 widely in place but there was less confidence about the implementation of v3, and many organisations were adapting or blending ITIL and other framework components to create a mix more relevant to their business requirements. Twelve months on, we are reassessing members' approaches.
