Testing ICT Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery

Output

Summary

Much of the Forum's focus over the past few years has been around IT Service delivery and management. In many organisations, IT is a service provider - sometimes to multiple business units or departments. The prioritisation of which services, systems and applications to recover is a vitally important - and potentially divisive - undertaking, with IT acting as facilitator to the Business. In very large or geographically or functionally diverse businesses, the challenge and criticality increases exponentially with the complexity.

So what are the biggest issues around IT Service Continuity, and how does this discipline integrate with change, incident and problem management and the testing and go-live processes.

Objectives

Gain valuable insight into the different strategies other members have surrounding IT Service Continuity and share real world experience in integrating this into other existing BC processes.

Workshops

Workshops are the backbone of The Forum. Nothing can compare to a group of IT professionals debating and exchanging experience of a specific, defined topic in a confidential environment. Workshops deliver insightful, real life information that helps members achieve their objectives, deliver projects and build relationships with other organisations.
