Summary
Tokenisation is widely touted as an affordable option for merchants who are looking to reach PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliance. Generally, this is because it can be integrated with an organisation's existing procedures, with minimum interruptions or changes to the normal way of doing business. Encryption is also something that many organisations already have in place to protect their business communications and data as a matter of course.
The 'PCI Compliance through Tokenisation and Encryption' webinar aims to provide real answers on end-to-end encryption and tokenisation, methods and management and options that work. The webinar reviews the benefits and challenges of using these technologies to assist compliance with the PCI standard and the impact on users and processes.
This webinar includes a presentation on encryption methods, management and options for tokenisation from the Vice President of Product Management at a leading organisation offering software and services to protect data at rest and in transit. The initial presenter is then joined by an Independent Consultant to a leading online ticket solution provider to show through a case study presentation how implementing these technologies helped solved part of their PCI compliance challenge.
This workshop was attended by 16 delegates from 11 organisations representing a cross-section of industry sectors.
