How to efficiently cost, charge and benchmark service providers and solutions delivered via the Cloud?
Summary
The CPI (Continuous Performance Improvement) Best Practice workshop aims to address some of the questions which members are faced with, such as how do you allocate costs to services, for example email and the desktop, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications and processing an order? How do you define and benchmark appropriate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)?
The range of principles and issues, although enormous, are common. The objective of the workshop was to better place CPI subscribers and Forum members to meet the needs of internal customers for IT services and transparent value for money.
The workshop was attended by 11 CPI members and members from the wider Forum community, from 9 organisations representing a varied industry cross-sector.
