Summary
A follow up to the Corporate IT Forum workshop on 'Service Delivery - how do you know it is "Service Ready"?', project and service managers and heads of service delivery joined forces to look at the maturing service transition landscape answering questions concerning the setup and selling on of processes, what good governance looks like and how to obtain value, engagement and flexibility of processes.
