Mobile Consumerisation

Being able to access both your personal and corporate worlds from one device is something the next generation of employees is starting to demand.

Ensuring corporate networks are ready for an influx of differing devices is one thing, preparing the business for this shift is another. How does a corporate ready itself for this shift in procurement strategies? Should all enterprises allow personal consumer devices or is there still an argument for the one device estate?

There is very little difference between home, field and office workers when looking at the corporate tools provided.  Office and field based are treated in a very similar way, perhaps a link to the move towards a more fluid environment with an increase in 'hot desking' style working practices as corporates make as much use of their facilities and buildings as possible.
