Summary
Currently nearly 63% will only consider open source software when necessary with only 18.6% confirming it as the preferred choice. Of those members using it the majority are using it across the server estate and web infrastructure. A majority of 79% use it away from the user experience with only 21% making use of it across the desktop estate and for business systems such as CRM or ERP.
