Collaborations can involve partner organisations located worldwide, representing a variety of academic and commercial backgrounds. As each collaboration has a unique lifespan and confidentiality requirements, quick IT service provisioning and accurate access management for those services becomes a significant overhead.
GSK R&D IT is investigating how they can empower the individuals responsible for the collaborations to manage their own collaboration spaces while retaining compliance with GSK access management policies.
