Summary
In February 2012 The Corporate IT Forum conducted a Reality Checker survey to understand the structures in place, process maturity, governance and how strategic suppliers are working in partnership with the Business to achieve their goals. Key findings show there is no universally accepted view of what supplier management is or who is involved.
