Supplier Selection Criteria |

Question
A Forum contact who wishes to remain anonymous would like to hear from other contacts willing to share the criteria they use to select suppliers (this can be submitted anonymously).
Does anyone have a list of minimum requirements which their Telecoms or IT suppliers must meet in order to be selected as a preferred partner?
Measurements set include -
- supplier must have been in business for n years
- supplier must have a profit margin of n percent
- our business must constitute no more than n% of the supplier's revenue
