Value from Research Providers |
||
Question
Do you measure the value your organisation gets from external learning and research providers like The Corporate IT Forum, Gartner or Forrester?
Organisations measure value in different ways from money saved through to high usage. The majority believe that measuring usage (document downloads, web hits, events attended, etc.) shows the value obtained from a subscription. Others use the cost saved if a subscription had not been purchased. Regular meetings are recommended to ensure that the most appropriate users have access to the service. A more value-oriented view, including feedback on analyst interactions and meetings was also popular.
