Deploying Windows 7 for Business Growth |
With extended support for Windows XP ending on 8th April 2014, many organisations are finding now is the time to upgrade to Windows 7 before it becomes too late.
CIOs support the upgrade and are championing it to their Boards, but IT professionals warn that the benefits of Windows 7 should not be oversold. Applications have to be fully tested to ensure they are compatible and user training may have to be factored in. Clearly, selecting the right deployment strategy is critical to a successful roll-out.
