Developing Resource Capability for the Future - Workshop 2

Do you manage the talent within your organisation to provide your IT leaders for the future? Identifying, developing and managing talent plays a key part in any organisation's career development policy, but do you have an effective process in place? How do you retain your staff? What works and what doesn't? How do you continue to motivate staff who have reached their full potential? This case study-led workshop, the second (see the first event here) in a two-part series of HR events, will examine these challenges.
