Previous discussions have covered approaches and large-scale change so this workshop will look to tackle the processes and frameworks behind a smooth transition and the culture and people needed to make it successful. 

Despite being common-place in everyday business life, large-scale changes such as M&As and divestments hold fear, uncertainty and doubt for many of those directly affected.

In most instances, IT will have been considered as part of the due diligence process, with plans made and costs determined for integration, systems rationalisation, and contract and service transition.

But with IT at the core of business processes and capabilities, putting this into practice can make the difference between a highly successful 'marriage' or mutually beneficial separation, or one that is potentially damaging both financially and to the brand.
