14:30     Keynote Presentation: Phil Pavitt, CIO & Director General, HM Revenue and Customs
Phil Pavitt will be describing the size of HMRC's spending review 2010 challenge (SR2010) and discussing the challenges that HMRC's IT Department are facing as a key enabler to delivering SR2010 and helping reduce the UK's deficit.  He will also share how HMRC are tackling the barriers to change which are not related to technology.  These include culture, remote management, working practices, accepting innovation, risk adverse decisions and making software mobile.

David and will be discussing the impact that tablets and mobile devices are having on the IT function and their business as a whole.
