Working Smarter

‘Working smarter not harder’ is a common exhortation from senior management. Achieving this aim often requires a well thought out combination of changes to behaviour, processes and technology. With many organisations operating with reduced headcount and difficult market conditions the ability to ‘work smarter’ has never been so important.

Judging Criteria

The judges will be looking for projects that have delivered significant change to working practices or processes, and have led to clearly identifiable benefits to both organisations and their employees. Working Smarter may be split into public and private sector winners.
