 Last year Pizza Express walked away with the IT Project of the Year Award for their innovative Customer Insight project that revolutionised promotions in the hospitality sector.
Other award winners included Whitbread (Innovation), Volkswagen (Partnership), Marks and Spencer (Service Improvement), and the City of Westminster (Corporate, Social and Environmental Responsibility).
Organised by The Corporate IT Forum and designed by 150 large, enterprise level, IT user organisations, winning projects set a benchmark in the application of best practice IT, deliver tangible benefits to their organisations, and represent the pinnacle of achievement in Corporate IT.
