Hampshire County Council - Improving ICT literacy of staff, citizens and silver surfers

The Hampshire project demonstrates the best qualities in developing a vision and seeing it through to delivery to a large disparate community. Through using a wide range of different stakeholders, and by maximising the use of shared resources they have improved IT literacy for both the wider community and staff.
