Cloud Computing has clearly stated that it means business and is here for the duration, but there are many different service offerings under the banner of the 'Cloud'.

Summary:

One of which is communications, but can a fully hosted / managed environment deliver the functionality, performance and flexibility required to meet the growing collaboration needs of the business?

Following on from the Forum's successful Cloud Conference in March, it is evident that communications SaaS is a well established area. Currently under investigation by corporate IT there are a number of pressing concerns: are the services levels acceptable? Is it really as scalable as it claims to be? Who is using which service and to what benefit?

Objectives:

No matter what stage of adoption their organisation is at, delegates will leave the workshop with increased awareness of what Corporate IT is doing in this area. Discuss areas of concern, discover how other organisations have addressed issues or mitigated risk, and debate the best practice for this area of SaaS.

Who should attend:

Architects, Service and Infrastructure Managers and those involved in assessing the use of SaaS in this area.
