Corporate IT Forum workshops are requested by and specifically designed for IT professionals striving for best practice in the corporate environment. Free from supplier involvement, delegates receive real-world information from experienced and unbiased peers.
Many organisations already have a formal process which allows ideas to formulate and become innovative concepts which the Business can progress through to production; but tracking and evaluating emerging technologies to ensure that the right technology is developed is one of the most challenging aspects of Managing Innovation.
Once these ideas are gathered, identifying which are worth pursuing through the Business can be an ongoing discussion across the Board. The confidential environment of this workshop will enable Senior Managers and Heads of Functions involved in Strategy, Research & Development to share best practice around the management and tracking of emerging technologies from surfacing to qualification into the formal innovation process, and to identify opportunities for current emerging technologies affecting the corporate IT community.
Objectives:
Delegates will learn how to create the business culture to allow innovation to thrive and agree the best ways to manage innovation and the resources required.
