Continuous Performance Improvement - From Strength to Strength

workshop5Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) benchmarking was established by Forum members in 2001. Members were less than satisfied with existing forms of benchmarking. They requested an alternative benchmarking service that was more cost effective, less resource dependent and offered more control over the process.

Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) was developed to meet those requirements. It provides a real and complementary alternative to traditional benchmarking, and exploits the strengths of The Corporate IT Forum.

The benchmarking process is owned by participants and provides flexibility at reasonable cost. Its strength lies in allowing detailed interrogation of the results, plus a focus on continuous improvement through facilitated discussion with best performing peers.

CPI is continually being enhanced to meet the evolving needs of participants.
